While there is so much to do in Pigeon Forge, there will be times when you just want to kick back and relax at On Bearcation. But for the more active ones in your group, there’s still plenty to keep you busy. You can challenge one another to a game of pool or air hockey.

While there isn’t a dedicated theater room, On Bearcation features five HD flat-screen smart TVs, giving your group plenty of options for streaming movies, watching the big game, or relaxing in your favorite spot.

We welcome you and your registered guests to host your private events at On Bearcation. The cabin can be a great place for a special birthday or team retreat. (Maximum occupancy still applies and prior permission will need to be granted. Please contact us for further details)

The free ticket program through Xplorie provides one free ticket per day per group to each of the attractions listed. The tickets are not cumulative, but they do reset each night. So, for example if you wanted to go to Dollywood you would not receive multiple tickets that could be used at the same time but if you wanted to go on various days one person would get in free each day. There is no limit to the number of attractions you can visit in a day. Tickets for your entire group can be purchased through the Xplorie call center when you call to register for your free ticket. Further details will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Access to the cabin requires guests climb 7 stairs. This is a multi-level home with 3 staircases inside for access to the upper and lower levels.

Whether you want to prepare a delicious breakfast, a light lunch or a three-course dinner, the kitchen offers everything you need. It comes fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, small appliances, and benefits from a second small drink refrigerator. A detailed list of everything included in the kitchen is available in our app which you will have access to after booking.

There is a full size washer and dryer located on the lower level along with an iron and ironing board.

A welcome "starter pack" of household essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent and soap. These items will get you started so you do not have to go to the store right away giving you time to collect further provisions.

Yes, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels are all provided. If you plan to use the hot tub you may prefer to bring along some beach towels.

All beds are made with fresh linens and extra blankets, sheets and pillows are provided for the sleeper sofas.

Black Bear Ridge Resort has a seasonal outdoor pool. This area is generally open from May thru September but is dependent on the weather.

This is a communal area shared with other resort guests and we highly recommend you check it out.

A charcoal grill is located in front of the cabin. Grilling utensils are provided. Please bring your own charcoal.

You can park up to 4 vehicles directly in front of the cabin. There is also an overflow lot located just up the street.

Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Due to the amount of time necessary to thoroughly clean a cabin this size, unfortunately early check ins and late check outs will not be available.

Yes, the cabin is equipped with a keypad. Key codes are generated specific for each guest. The code will begin working at 4:00pm on check in day and will be deactivated at 10:00am on check out day. Complete check in instructions will be provided in our app which is sent after booking.

Our standard cancelation policy is that reservations cancelled at least 14 days in advance of travel will receive a 100% refund. Reservations cancelled at least 7 days before travel will receive a 50% refund.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, we are excited to offer dog-friendly cabins for guests traveling with their furry companions!

Please note that these cabins allow up to two dogs, each weighing 25 pounds or less, with a $95 non-refundable pet fee per stay. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Guest must be 25 or older to rent. The guests whose name appears on the reservation is the responsible person, must be present during the entire stay and will be the point of contact. A valid government issued ID may be requested. Due to liability concerns and insurance restrictions, there are no exceptions to this policy.
