Mountain Getaway is located at Mountain View Condo Resort - a hilltop condominium resort is conveniently located right off the main parkway in Pigeon Forge with shopping, restaurants and attractions just minutes away. It is hard to believe a condo can be so close to everything and still offer peace, quiet and a relaxing atmosphere.

Mountain Getaway is a spacious 1-bedroom condo. The King Suite offers an ensuite bathroom. There is a set of bunkbeds just off the den with a half bath. Including the sleeper sofa this condo can sleep up to 6 guests.

While there is so much to do in Pigeon Forge, there will be times when you just want to kick back and relax at the resort. But for the more active ones in your group, there’s still plenty to keep you busy. Take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pool, relax in the hot tub, challenge each other to a game of basketball, horseshoes, volleyball, shuffle board or cornhole, let the kids expend some energy on the playground or take a stroll around the walking track.

You can relax at the end of a fun filled day in the oversized jetted tub located in the master bathroom. There is also a communal hot tub located next to the outdoor pool.

The free ticket program through Xplorie provides one free ticket per day per group to each of the attractions listed. The tickets are not cumulative, but they do reset each night. So, for example if you wanted to go to Dollywood you would not receive multiple tickets that could be used at the same time but if you wanted to go on various days one person would get in free each day. There is no limit to the number of attractions you can visit in a day. Tickets for your entire group can be purchased through the Xplorie call center when you call to register for your free ticket. Further details will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Yes, each building is equipped with an elevator.

Whether you want to prepare a family dinner or just a snack the kitchen offers everything you need. It comes fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, small appliances. A detailed list of everything included in the kitchen is available in our app which you will have access to after booking.

There is a stackable washer and dryer located just off the den along with an iron and ironing board.

A welcome "starter pack" of household essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent and soap. These items will get you started so you do not have to go to the store right away giving you time to collect further provisions.

Yes, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels are all provided. If you plan to use the resort pools, you may prefer to bring along some beach towels.

All beds are made with fresh linens and extra blankets, sheets and pillows are provided for the sleeper sofa.

Park style charcoal grills and picnic tables are located throughout the resort so outdoor cooking and eating can be on your menu.

Parking spaces are not limited and do not require a parking pass.

Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Due to the amount of time necessary to thoroughly clean the condo, unfortunately early check ins and late check outs will not be available.

Yes, the condo is equipped with a keypad. Key codes are generated specific for each guest. The code will begin working at 4:00pm on check in day and will be deactivated at 10:00am on check out day. Complete check in instructions will be provided in our app which is sent after booking.

There is a strict 60-day cancellation policy. Any changes to a reservation must be made at least 60 days before travel. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances.

Mountain View Condos is a pet free resort. This is a resort policy so no exceptions can be made.

Guest must be 25 or older to rent. The guests whose name appears on the reservation is the responsible person, must be present during the entire stay and will be the point of contact. A valid government issued ID may be requested. Due to liability concerns and insurance restrictions, there are no exceptions to this policy.
